Reservation Procedures

1. Check the availability of the villa.
    
2. Complete the Rental Agreement and Reservation Form and pay $300.00 refundable reservation/security deposit. 
   
   Your reserved dates will be locked once we receive the deposit and the completed Rental Agreement and Reservation Form, and you will receive the confirmation email.           
    
3. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the check-in date. We will send you check-in/check-out instructions and detailed direction to the villa once the full payment is received.
    
4. We will email you the confidential access codes one week before your check-in date.
    
5. We will refund your $300.00 deposit one week after your check-out and upon receiving a satisfactory property inspection report.

1. Money order/cashier's check:

   Mail payment to:            Stay at Orlando, PO Box 224, Pennington, NJ 08534, USA
    
2. Credit card via PayPal's online secure payment system (with or without PayPal account). Click the "Pay Now" button below to start.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

   If written (email/fax/letter) cancellation request is received:

1. 10+ weeks prior to check-in date: deposit refunded minus $25 processing fee;
2. 6 to 10 weeks prior to check-in date: deposit retained as credit towards future rental (valid within one year);
3. 4 to 6 weeks prior to check-in date: 50% of full payment will be refunded, deposit retained;
4. Less than 4 weeks prior to check-in date: No refund.

        Note: For any cancellation case, only $25 processing fee will be charged if the
property can be re-rented for the time period that was cancelled
