Our Woodcrest Villa is located in the Clear Creek estate, Clermont, FL, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with a mixture of private residences and vacation homes. It is just off US 27, one mile north of the US 192. It is a quiet subdivision and has a shopping plaza at the entrance. 

There is a Winn Dixie supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers, pizza shop (with home delivery) dentist and many more stores. These are all within minutes walk from the villa. A 24 hour Walmart Supercenter is less than 2 miles from our front door.

In addition, we are a short easy drive to US 192 where you will find every sort of restaurant and fast-food outlet – Carabas, Outback, Red Lobster, Golden Coral - all you could wish for and all are child friendly.

We are ideally located for visiting all the attractions and only 8 miles (15 minutes) from Disney, and it is an easy drive, not through loads of traffic.

For the golfers, their are 20 golf courses within 10 miles of our villa. There are also numerous lakes nearby, ideal for those who love to wet their fishing lines; both the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral) and the Gulf (St Petersburg) are within about one hour’s drive, deep sea and big game fishing on chartered boats are available in both coast areas. For the shoppers you can shop at shopping malls, markets and discount outlet stores.
